Who We Are

Kamuning Bible Christian Fellowship (KBCF) is an evangelical church which seeks to know Jesus and make Him known. Under the Alliance of Bible Christian Communities of the Philppines (ABCCOP) denomination and a member of the Philippine Council of Evangelical Churches (PCEC), KBCF aspires to become a leading church in mission in this century.
In line with this vision, KBCF is transitioning into a cell church, thereby expanding its reach to more homes, work places, schools and other areas where cell groups may be started. Currently, there are around 50 cell groups are meeting regularly for Bible study and discipleship. Equipping of attenders, members and leaders via a series of trainings are continually offered via the KBCF Spiritual Journey, the discipleship process developed by the church in 2019.

Mission & Vision

VISION:

A church after God’s own heart that multiplies disciple-makers, leaders, and congregations.

MISSION:
We exist to glorify God by bringing people to Jesus Christ and membership in His family, developing them towards Christ-like maturity, and equipping them for their ministry in the church and life mission in the community, the nation, and the world.

Our Beginnings

In September of 1973, a small group of Send International missionaries, together with students from  Febias College of Bible, came to the Kamuning area to share the Gospel, do discipleship, and hold Bible studies. In no time, the number of believers grew, and so one Sunday in December of 1975, the first worship service of Kamuning Bible Christian Fellowship (KBCF) was held. All crammed up in an apartment in Sct. De Guia, the number of attendees grew to 140. It was at this time it became apparent that a bigger place was needed. So from the apartment, Sunday worship was moved to the QC Boy Scouts Hall, until in May of 1979, the Lord allowed the lot at # 4 11th Jamboree to be purchased, and a building erected the following year.

KBCF has since planted 37 daughter and granddaughter churches, having the vision of becoming a leading church in missions in this century. Thirty-six years and five head pastors after, KBCF has hosted numerous EE Clinics, has held a number of Leadership trainings, has sent out missionaries both locally and abroad, and has increased its membership to around 500. The Lord has faithfully allowed this church to grow as it works toward the Great Commission, and will be faithful in fulfilling its calling until the Lord’s return.
